An interactive copywriter – CD, I quickly learned to remember three things.

Now, I “remember” them without thinking.

  1. How would the customer say it? Every brand community has their own culture and language.
  2. What does the brand sound like? When Google “speaks” how’s that different from Facebook?
  3. Look for the sweetspot that prompts hearty, engaging dialogue for both.
